The scope of responsibilities included preparation of pipeline crossing permits and coordination with the project drainage engineer, hospital drainage engineer, and hospital architect. • Boston Avenue Resurfacing and Beautification, Nederland, Texas. Project manager for the preparation of Plans, technical Specifications, and Bid Documents for renovation of 2300 linear feet of existing roadway. The scope of responsibilities included coordination for all reviews by agencies having jurisdiction including the Texas Department of Transportation. • Bluebonnet Estates Subdivision Phase I, Lumberton, Texas. Project Engineer for the creation of water, and sanitary sewer systems to serve phase one of an 18-acre subdivision in Lumberton, Texas. Scope of responsibilities included the preparation of future development layout, preparation of Plans, Contract Documents, and Technical Specifications, and coordination for all reviews by agencies having jurisdiction. • Westwood Townhomes, Lumberton, Texas. Project Manager for the detailed design and construction of the water, sanitary sewer, paving, and drainage to serve this 11-acre Residential Subdivision. Scope of responsibilities included the preparation of preliminary and final subdivision plat for the 104-unit duplex development, preparation of detailed Plans, Contract Documents, and Technical Specifications, and coordination for all reviews by agencies having jurisdiction. • Westwood VII Subdivision, Lumberton, Texas. Project Manager for the detailed design and construction of the water, sanitary sewer, paving, and drainage to serve this 130-acre Residential Subdivision. Scope of responsibilities included the preparation of preliminary and final subdivision plat for the 395-lot Residential development, preparation of pipeline permits, preparation of detailed Plans, Contract Documents, and Technical Specifications, and coordination for all reviews by agencies having jurisdiction. • Green Forest Subdivision Expansion, Vidor, Texas. Project Manager for the detailed design and construction of the water, sanitary sewer, paving, and drainage to serve this 52 Lot Residential Subdivision. Scope of responsibilities included the preparation of detailed Plans, Contract Documents, and Technical Specifications, and coordination for all reviews by agencies having jurisdiction. • TCDP Project of First-Time Wastewater Collection for the City of Pine Forest, Texas. Project Manager for the design and construction of a wastewater collection system to provide first time sanitary sewer service to 33 residential/commercial connections. Project included the design of a various size low-pressure sanitary sewer, lift station, and force main to connect into Orange County Water Control and Improvement District No. 1's existing system for treatment. Scope of responsibilities included the preparation easement descriptions, preparation of Plans, Contract Documents, and Technical Specifications; coordination between the district and city on various issues to complete; and creating monthly reports for state review. • TCDP Project of First-Time Water Distribution for the City of Pine Forest, Texas. Engineering Technician for the design and construction of a potable water distribution system to provide first time water service to 28 residential/commercials connections. Project included the design of a 12" main line to connect to Orange County Water Control and Improvement District No. 1's Tiger Creek Water Treatment Plant. Scope of responsibilities included the preparation of Plans, Contract Documents, and Technical Specifications; coordination between the district and city on various issues to complete; and creating monthly reports for state review. |
