REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
Mr. Hodges began his surveying career in 1966, and has participated in a wide range of surveying projects in Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana. As
surveying services manager, he performs short-range and long-range planning for personnel, equipment and training, and is responsible for the
selection of surveying methods, computations, and quality control. In general, Mr. Hodges' experience includes boundary, topographic,
hydrographic and control surveying for State and Federal projects; municipal and land development projects; port dredging projects; and title
research. Representative projects reflecting his expertise follow.

Boundary and Topographic Survey of Southeast Texas Regional Airport, Jefferson County, Texas. In conjunction with the update of
the Master Plan for SETRA, the firm prepared a boundary survey and topographic survey of the facility. Such a survey of the facility had not been
performed for over 50 years.

Atlantic Canal Extension to Serve BASF/FINA Petrochemicals, Port Arthur, Texas for the Lower Neches Valley Authority. A&G
prepared Plans, Specifications, and Bid Documents for dual 60-inch diameter piping to deliver fresh water from LNVA to the FINA/BASF
Hydrocracker unit.
Project scope included: detailed topographic survey in vicinity of pipelines and rail facilities; preparation of easement
descriptions; preparation of Railroad permits; and, negotiation with Railroad for open cut construction method.

Citywide Survey Control Network for Orange, Texas. Served as Project Manager to establish first order survey control network to be used
in conjunction with Citywide Annexation Infrastructure projects. Set horizontal and vertical controlled monument network and prepared
approximately 120 legal descriptions for easements required for the infrastructure construction.

West Thomas Boulevard Water Transmission Line, Port Arthur, Texas. Planned, organized, and completed topographic survey along 1.5
mile route for water transmission main. Extensive use of electronic instruments streamlined plan production through this highly developed urban
thoroughfare.

Force Main Diversion Project, City of Port Neches, Texas. Project Manager for topographic survey of 4.5 mile route for sewage treatment
plant effluent line. Extensive use of "field to office" electronic instruments to produce detailed drawings for design purposes.

Master Planning for Tiger Creek and Anderson Gully, Orange County Drainage District, Orange County, Texas. This project involved
a study of watershed conditions in Orange County to determine improvement plans, capital programs, and scope of improvements to reduce
flooding conditions. Mr. Hodges conducted surveys of streams and structures in the watershed for use in hydraulic modeling of drainage
systems.

Park Central Municipal Utility District Easements, Port Arthur, Texas. Project Manager for GPS survey of utility system. Data used to
create individual parcel maps and descriptions for easement acquisitions.

Airport Business Park, MCC Properties Joint Venture, Port Arthur, Texas. Project Manager for the preparation of subdivision plat,
topographic survey, control layout of construction, and as-built survey of 16-acre business park located in Mid-Jefferson County.

Boundary and Topographic Surveys of Port Neches-Groves Independent School District Facilities, Port Neches, Texas. Project
Manager for topographic survey of four (4) campuses for the Port Neches-Groves I.S.D. Established property boundaries and easements of
record, and worked closely with the District's Architect to obtain topographic information such as building locations, landscaping, utilities,
drainage, parking and open areas.

• Sewer System Evaluation Survey, City of Port Arthur, Texas. Providing GPS mapping of over 3,000 manholes in system for study
purposes. Base map to be used in GIS database. Providing benchmark circuit adjustment throughout City.

U.S. Highway 96 Improvement, Silsbee, Texas for the Texas Department of Transportation. Completed topographic survey used in the
preparation of final plans for U.S. Highway 96 in Hardin County. Project included grading, base, concrete pavement, and bridges for 1.8 mile
improvement.

Grand Oak Estates, Sections One and Two, Graff Development Company, Beaumont, Texas. Project Manager for the preparation of a
residential subdivision plat, topographic survey, control layout of construction, and as-built survey of a 50-acre development in Jefferson County.

Topographic and Environmental Survey at Chevron Facility, Port Arthur, Texas. Project Manager for topographic survey of area for
expansion within plant operation area. Utilized Global Positioning System (GPS) satellites, base station and remote units to perform high order
survey of soil sampling, monitor wells, and waterway sediment sampling for environmental due diligence.

Rail Facility, Orange County Navigation and Port District, Orange, Texas. Project included the development of a rail extension serving
the Port and adjoining industrial site. Mr. Hodges coordinated utility and property ownership research, and conducted topographic survey of
proposed route. Prepared legal descriptions for required easements.

Texas Department of Corrections Prison Construction, Beaumont, Texas. Performed detailed layout of foundations, piping, parking, and
drainage features for the construction of several State prison facilities in Beaumont.
