Englobal Engineerin, Inc., Beaumont, TX, 2007 - 2009 Engineer VII: Performed civil/structural engineering responsibilities on several projects. Projects include: Motiva CEP, Port Arthur, TX: As a project civil/structural engineer was responsible for civil/structural design for the CEP Raw Water Treatment Plant at the Motiva Refinery, in Port Arthur, TX. Responsibilities included performing structural engineering for reinforced concrete tanks, miscellaneous structural steel structures, sheet piling, pump structures, and hydraulic analysis for backwash handling facilities including piping, open channels, TxDOT and City of Port Arthur permitting for line crossings, site grading, and drainage. HOVENSA, St. Croix: Performed design for heavy haul road to transport new unit modules for HOVENSA expansion. CITGO, Victoria Terminal: Performed civil/structural design form the addition of additives tank storage, containment, and pumping facilities. Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades, City of Port Arthur, TX: Performed project management and engineering design for an $8 million upgrade to the City's Main and Port Acres wastewater treatment plants. Responsibilities included managing project, process design, civil/structural design for improvements. Improvements included rehabilitation of existing units, miscellaneous equipment replacement, and a new aeration basin. Project funded by American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. CARROLL & BLACKMAN INC, Beaumont, TX, 2003 - 2007 Project Manager / Civil Engineer: Performed project management, engineering design, and construction management for the project from inception through construction completion and in most cases from bidding through final acceptance of the project by the client. Projects include: ISP Polymers, Port Neches, TX: Responsible for brine storage and piping facilities including the design of and assistance in procurement of a new brine tank facility and the associated filling and distribution piping. Trinity Bay Conservation District - Surface Water Treatment Plants (Winnie WTP & West WTP): Project included reinforced concrete tanks, piping, pumps, site work, SCADA, etc. Performed the project management and engineering design for two reinforce concrete surface water treatment plants including all associated civil, structural, piping, mechanical design, electrical/instrumentation coordination, and agency coordination. Worked with electrical engineer for the preparation of electrical and instrumentation design for plants. • Prepared all technical documents and specifications for the equipment procurement and facilities construction Hardin County WC&ID #1 - Wastewater Treatment Plant: Project included reinforced concrete tanks, piping, pumps, site work, etc. for wastewater treatment. Performed project management and engineering design for the new wastewater treatment plant including all associated civil, structural, piping, and mechanical design as well as electrical, instrumentation, and agency coordination. • Worked with electrical engineer for the preparation of electrical and instrumentation design for plant • Prepared all technical documents and specifications for the equipment procurement and facilities construction Hardin County WC&ID #1 - Water Plant Improvement Project: On a project which included new groundwater well and associated pumping facilities performed project management and engineering design for the new groundwater well, pumping facilities, site work and drainage, and coordination for electrical/controls/SCADA.Provided construction management throughout the project from bidding through final acceptance of the project. Orange County WC&ID #1 - Groundwater Well and Production Facilities: Performed project management and engineering design for the new groundwater well, ground storage tank, pumping facilities, site work and drainage, and coordination for electrical/controls/SCADA. Meeker Municipal Water District - Groundwater Well and Production Facilities: Responsible for the design and project management of a new groundwater well, ground storage tank, pumping facilities, site work and drainage, and coordination for electrical/controls/SCADA. Lumberton MUD - Sewer System Improvements: Performed engineering design and project management for new wastewater treatment plant headworks facilities, multiple lift stations, gravity collection system, and force mains. Work included performing project management and engineering design for a $3.5 million headworks project which included the design and construction of a 10 MGD influent structure including mechanical and manually cleaned screens, influent pump station, piping, modifications to existing facilities, electrical/control building, generator, and other associated items. Lumberton MUD - Sanitary Sewer Lift Stations: Performed project management and engineering for the design of twelve sanitary sewer lift stations and provided project management and engineering design of wet wells, pumps, piping, site work, and coordination of electrical and controls on several projects for the design and construction of these sanitary sewer lift stations. City of Sour Lake - Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project: Project consisted of rehabilitation of two (2) sanitary sewer lift stations and sewer line rehabilitation of several hundred feet of gravity sewer lines. Schaumburg & Polk, Inc., Beaumont, TX, 1992 - 2003 Project Manager / Civil Engineer: Performed project management and engineering design for water and wastewater projects including all associated design and construction. Prepared all technical documents and specifications for the equipment procurement and facilities construction and provided construction management throughout the project from bidding through final acceptance of the project by the Owner. Projects included: Fina, Port Arthur, TX - Storm Water Containment Project: Responsible for a water containment including an API separator, pump structure, and an oil/water separator system. City of Groves - Surface Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation: Responsible for a project to rehabilitate the City's existing surface water treatment plant. This project was replaced with a new SWTP after design of the rehabilitation project was complete and before bids were received. Tarkington Special Utility District: Responsible for improvements to the District water system including new groundwater well, elevated water storage tank, water production plant and distribution system improvements. City of Sour Lake - Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade: Responsible for reinforced concrete tanks, piping, pumps, site work, etc. for wastewater treatment and designed and performed project management for a new wastewater treatment plant. City of Jasper - Wastewater Treatment Plant upgrade: Responsible for reinforced concrete tanks, piping, pumps, site work, etc. for wastewater treatment and designed and performed project management for a new wastewater treatment plant. City of Port Lavaca - Wastewater Treatment Plant upgrade: Responsible for reinforced concrete tanks, piping, pumps, site work, etc. for wastewater treatment and designed and performed project management for a new wastewater treatment plant. Mauriceville Special Utility District: Responsible for water and wastewater projects including the design of a new low pressure sewer system for the District including approximately 2000 individual grinder pumps, 50 miles of low pressure sewer lines, 6 new intermediate lift stations, and a constructed wetlands wastewater treatment plant and a water well, elevated water storage tank, and water distribution system lines. Lumberton MUD - Sewer System: Responsible for the improvements including a wastewater treatment plant (2 phases), lift stations, gravity collection system, and force mains. ITEX Enterprises, Inc., Groves, TX, 1990 - 1992 Regional Engineer: Provided field engineering, designs, and client and construction supervision for numerous storm water reservoirs, construction of ditch lining, new lined storm water reservoirs.
